Available September 1st, here's a preview of the Fall/Winter 2008 product line-up. My favourites are the Rotary Grater (I've been waiting for them to restyle it), the Bamboo Block (a very popular request from customers), the Bamboo Square Bowls (light but great quality) and the Grinder (the grinding mechanism is ceramic and it feels niiiice).
