My oldest daughter turned 10 today. My memories of the morning she was born are still vivid, and yet the time between then and now seems like such a blur.
She is the reason I like Steve better than Joe; she is my 6th Spice Girl - Mel A.; she teaches me things I never knew about animals all the time; she's super-emotional just like her mom; she gives the best big-soft hugs; she is constantly striving to do what's right, even when it's uncomfortable going against the crowd.
She represents the only clear dream I had growing up, to be a mother.
