We celebrated Earth Hour on Saturday night with a candle-lit game of Disney Monopoly. The lights were off in the house, the nightlights unplugged, and the powerbars switched off. It was a great two hours of simple family fun and a welcome distraction from hubby and me being sick all weekend. Plus with me being a mild tree-hugger, it was very satisfying seeing the whole family, friends and neighbours getting into the spirit of this tiny sacrifice with a big message.
