Thanksgiving feast

Posted On 12:48 PM |

Lord, I am thankful for the ginormous cornucopia of food we enjoyed during our three-day Thanksgiving + for-the-heck-of-it extravaganza (okay, thankfully this is three days spread out during the week):

Turkey with stuffing
Ham
Pancit (Filipino noodles)
Pandesal (Filipino bread)
Salad
Veggies and Fruits
Jell-O (the yummiest placebo ever)
Hamburgers
Rice noodles
Breaded shrimps
BBQ'ed salmon
Chocolate chip cookies
Double chocolate chip cookies
Newborn baby sniffs and pretend-bites
Turkey with stuffing
Mashed potatoes
Ham
Kare Kare (Filipino peanut butter stew - to each his own)
Pancit
Crab cakes
Crabs
Corn
Gourmet cupcakes
Pizza
BBQ Steak
Pancit (you can never have too many noodles I guess)
Baked chicken
Pumpkin Pie

Just typing that list made me queasy. Pardon me while I go do a 20 Minute Workout....(remember that? I always wanted to be Bess or Arlaine, but ended up being the cross-eyed Nicole. Being #4 is tough.)
