I registered for my Leadership conference last week. It's a good thing I remembered;I got so excited about booking my flight with points and getting a night's hotel stay for free that I got all caught up in those. Right now my biggest excitement is meeting the challenge of packing my weekend into a carry-on. Mini toiletries (what about my big tube of Country Apple?!?!), strategic folding...will definitely consult little sis for tips - she can, after all, fit her actual self into a suitcase.

I have a lot to learn at that conference. I want to be a good motivator, an inspiration, a good leader by way of example. I'd love to change people like Julie Weitz (www.outwardimage.com) one day.
