It's a whole different experience west of Yonge. I took my lunchbreak westward and walked over to Queen and Spadina so I could pick up some papers to play with at Curry's. Only it wasn't there. I did wander into Leo's Textiles, though, and got two swatches. Slate blue is not the easiest colour to find in a sea of a gazillion fabrics. I also stumbled upon one of my sister's hot finds, Spoof. I'm going to head over there today with my cousin to find something remotely hip to wear on Saturday. Ahh, Saturday. My first time downtown after 6pm in -egad- years. Really looking forward to spending real adult time with friends and perhaps a martini or two.
